FAQs:

- Do I have to hold the poses for 4 minutes?! I don't think I can do that! No, don't worry. The time has been given to explore the posture and its surrounding. Some poses you may not reach and that is totally fine. Use the time to move as close as you can towards that posture without strain. It is more about becoming familiar with the road to the posture than achievement.

- Do I need to follow the chakra focus? No. You can focus on the movement, the subtle sensations, the chakra, observing thoughts arising, the breath etc. You are training your attention to become more subtle. - How do I breathe? For the majority of the program, breath normally and naturally. You are inducing a state of alert relaxation. A general rule is if your breathing has switched to mouth breathing, slow down and relax until it returns to nose breathing. Becoming aware of how the breath behaves in your body is an important education over time.

There is minimal music and voice as it is a solo opportunity to dive into a deep and profound experience.

The golden rules (which are shown in the intro to the video:

- Train without Strain

- Make things as easy as possible

- The more you keep your eyes closed, the better

- You are inducing a state of relaxed alertness which will lead you to spiritual experience

- At any point, be spontaneous and feel free to sit, lie down, perform another asana, experiment, dance or whatever your own heart wishes. Only be aware not to disturb the meditation of others
