Pranic Healing Michigan | WEST

The evening will begin with a brief introduction to Meditation on Twin Hearts and Pranic Healing so everyone understands what to expect. We’ll then do a few simple preparatory movements before being guided through the meditation—a peaceful practice that incorporates the Prayer of St. Francis and loving-kindness to bless our families, our community, and the Earth.
Those who would like to experience a brief Pranic Healing session may sign up with Mackenzie before the meditation. Sessions are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pranic Healing is a gentle, no-touch energy practice performed while you remain seated and fully clothed. A trained practitioner works around the body to help clear energetic congestion and support greater balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
The evening will close with grounding, quiet reflection, and an opportunity to ask questions. No previous meditation or energy-healing experience is needed. Everyone is welcome, and love donations are gratefully accepted.
