This group is for all the pregnant ladies and new mums who want to stay fit or regain some strength and fitness.

I am a personal trainer from London, specialised in pre- and post-natal training.

With so many changes going on in the body throughout a pregnancy, it might be hard to know what kind of exercises are good for you and the baby.

I can guide you through all the different stages, keeping you fit and strong throughout your pregnancy and in the post-natal stage.
