### 🍁 What’s This?

This is our first overnight camping trip as a group! Expect a fun weekend outdoors with campfires, music, drinks, and good company. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or just curious to try it, you’re welcome here.

### ✅ Trip Details

• Site cost: $456.73 total, split evenly between attendees.
• With ~10 people → ~$45–50 each
• With ~8 people → ~$57 each
• With ~6 people → ~$75 each
• Payment: To secure your spot, RSVP by Sunday, October 19 and send your share via e-transfer (details below). Only prepaid spots will be counted.
• Cut-off date: October 19 — after this, RSVPs will close so we can finalize the booking.
• Departure: We’ll leave the site by 10:00 AM Monday, Oct 27.

### 🧥 Important Notes

• Weather: Late October in Ontario is chilly (5–10°C at night). Bring warm clothes, sleeping bag, and layers. We’ll have campfires to keep things cozy, but plan for cool evenings.
• Gear: Bring your own tent/sleeping gear if possible. If you’re missing items, we’ll try to organize sharing.
• Drive: Elmira is a bit of a drive (~1.5 hours from Toronto, ~1 hour from Caledon). Carpooling will be encouraged once RSVPs are in.

Not sure about jumping straight into camping? Come out to our Meet & Greet on Oct 9 at Pickle Barrel (Vaughan Mills). It’s a casual night of drinks and introductions — a great way to get to know people before the trip.
