We are the oldest land investment and education company in Southern California, established in 1967 when the 405 freeway was first built in Orange County. Back then, we began acquiring properties right off the freeway exits—today, we continue that tradition by identifying land near major growth corridors, freeways, stadiums, shopping centers, and other multibillion-dollar projects.

Our focus is pre-developed real estate—properties strategically located near utilities, infrastructure, and existing businesses that are positioned for future development. Members gain access to education, insights, and opportunities in one of the fastest-growing investment niches.
