Flip Pidot — Co-Founder and CEO of American Civics Exchange and a longtime leader in prediction markets. An early member of the PredictIt team, Pidot has spent more than a decade developing, operating, and studying political and event markets. He is also Founder and CIO of Sharp Square Capital, a CFTC-regulated fund manager specializing in event futures, and serves on the Board of the Coalition for Political Forecasting. Pidot is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.Dan M. Berkovitz — Vice Chairman for External and Regulatory Affairs at Millennium. Previously, Berkovitz served as General Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and General Counsel of the CFTC. While serving as CFTC General Counsel, he played a significant role in the formulation and implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, including the development and implementation of the special rule governing event contracts. He is also a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School, where he teaches derivatives regulation.

Gina Antoniello — is Academic Director and Clinical Assistant Professor at the Tisch Institute for Global Sport at New York University—a leader working at the edge of sport, culture, and social impact. She brings over a decade inside professional sports, leading marketing-communications, social responsibility, and player development for globally recognized organizations including the Golden State Warriors and the Brooklyn Nets.
