Livestream: Developing on Prefect's Vue.js UI

Watch Laura get a crash course in front end development by Senior Front-End Engineer and head of UI at Prefect, Nicholas Brown on Youtube Live!

We will be starting from scratch, cloning the Prefect repo and installing the development environment first. Then Nicholas will take us on a tour of the server UI code, give us a crash course in Vue.js development, and lead Laura (and you!) through adding a new tile to the UI dashboard that we will PR into the open source repo by the end of the stream!

Please install node/npm ahead of time if you want to follow along live (see the many options at https://nodejs.org/en/download/package-manager/), but we will be installing everything else during the stream.
