A cosy space to meet new friends, to feel safe to talk openly about anything and everything!

We will provide a physical practice to help to relieve tension in sore muscles, particularly in the lower back, pelvis, shoulders, and neck. We will support you to find poses to ease sciatica and pelvic girdle pain.

Discover powerful breathing exercises that will enhance your sleep and empower you for birth.

We will explore effective postures that boost your stamina for birth and poses that create space in your body for your baby to move into the optimal birthing position.

Together we will experiment with various birthing positions, reinforcing your own ability to bring your baby into the world.

Throughout your entire pregnancy journey, we are here to support you, provide a space for you to make friends on a similar journey and guiding you towards the next step of motherhood.
