Come join me for this beautifully crafted 75 minutes yoga class. Enjoy connecting more deeply with your baby, learning new skills to support you during birth ( like birth breathing and positions for labour), and gentle yoga safe for pregnancy that keeps you supple and mobile and eases pain and discomfort. End each session with a beautiful yoga nidra for deep relaxation. Experience birth visualisations and positive affirmations and connect with other pregnant mother's-to-be.
