Welcome to our vibrant community for LGBTQ South Asians in Toronto and the GTA! Our mission is to forge a thriving network for individuals of South Asian and Indian origin who identify as LGBTQ, filling a gap we've noticed in our search for similar spaces. This initiative is about more than just gathering; it's about creating a sanctuary where meaningful connections blossom, diverse conversations flourish, and a sense of belonging is nurtured.
Here's what you can look forward to: a chance to meet fascinating individuals, engage in enriching dialogues, and be part of a community that grows together. Our journey began with Saturday Brunches in Toronto, providing a casual, welcoming environment to connect and share. Based on the interests and enthusiasm of our members and the results of our member survey, we have expanded our gatherings to include coffee chats, scenic walks and other in person or virtual activities that resonate with our group.
Embarking on this adventure, we're reminded of the proverb, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Let's take that first step together.
