Hey everyone! I’m putting together a casual 10K prep group. The goal is to run the race in early July, aiming for around 45-50 minutes. We’ll be running 4 times a week, mixing long runs, short runs, and intervals. It’s all about supporting each other, having fun, and pushing ourselves a bit more each week. No pressure, just good vibes and progress together!
