Join us for a fascinating in-person presentation and discussion at the Coquitlam Public Library (City Centre Branch – Board Room).
Terry Tibando will present a visual slideshow exploring the possibility of extraterrestrial life within our solar system, followed by an open Q&A discussion. He will also introduce the CSETI Vancouver CE-5 protocols, which focus on human-initiated contact with extraterrestrial intelligence.
Terry brings over 70 years of firsthand experience with UFO sightings and contact phenomena, beginning in early childhood. His lifelong involvement in ufology includes roles as a researcher, investigator, and field expedition leader.

- Former member of APRO (Aerial Phenomena Research Organization) and CAPRO
- Organizer and emcee of Canada’s first Disclosure Project event (Simon Fraser University, 2001)
- Longtime CSETI Vancouver Coordinator, leading field contact teams for over 30 years
This event is also an opportunity to help grow a local UFO discussion community in Coquitlam, supporting regular in-person meetups alongside Vancouver and Zoom gatherings.
