Volunteering At The Prescott Community Compost

Come out and join us for a day of turning some dirt around for the Prescott Community Compost! I have no idea where the composted dirt goes or what they do with it, but I am sure it is put to good use! We will also be learning about the compost process and how to build the right mix.

Wear closed-toed shoes and clothes that can get dirty, and dress accordingly as we will be outside the entire time. Boots and work gloves are available from the organization, but bring your own if you’d like!

This is a great way to get outside and involved with the local community here in Prescott! Hope to see everyone there!
