Hike Glassford Hill

This hike is about 2-miles up and another 2-miles down with nearly 1000-ft of elevation gain. There are 7 or 8 picnic tables located at switchbacks along the trail. I will moderate my pace as required for participants.

There are 2 peaks near the top.

The peak to which most people hike has picnic tables and the remains of a heliograph signaling device. This peak provides stunning views of Hampton Inn, Walmart & Fry’s (yeah just kidding about “stunning”).

The peak to which few people hike has no picnic tables, but provides views of Watson Lake and rock formations in and around the lake.

Can decide near the top which peak to visit.
