As winter settles in, we’ll gather in the quiet of the Shanti Dôme — a beautiful space surrounded by trees, just far enough from the city to feel like a little retreat.
Together we’ll slow down, share a cup of ceremonial cacao, and move through a simple journey of sound, breath, and gentle movement. Expect drumming, soft instruments, and moments of silence to help you drop back into your body and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll start by meeting each other in a small sharing circle, then move, shake, and sip cacao as the (live) sound carries us inward. Toward the end, we’ll sit together again — grounded, open, and warm.
This gathering is hosted by Nelson and Jérôme, in collaboration with the Omshana community. Everyone is welcome — whether you’re already part of Omshana or simply curious to meet new people and connect in a more intentional way.

### About the Hosts

Nelson is a social dynamics coach, shamanic practitioner, and descendant of the Asháninka — the Indigenous people known as the discoverers of ayahuasca. His work blends ancestral wisdom with modern tools for presence, connection, and personal transformation.
Jérôme is a psychologue clinicien and founder of the Shanti Dôme, a space dedicated to self-awareness, balance, and inner peace. Learn more about him here.
