Intent: To help participants collectively initiate their leadership & social innovation journey. To self-organise local learning & innovation hubs.

Design: Reflective conversations around 3 questions:

Personal journey: What is my journey as a leader & social innovator? What’s my leadership edge?

Learning agenda: What do I most seek to learn from this space? What questions I am holding about my self, my work or U.Lab process?

Community- local hubs: What do others bring in this room? How can we partner, learn & innovate together
