Starting from Ashworth Grove, opposite the Shaws Arms, adjacent to the main road bridge. We will amble along Ashworth Grove to the Boulevard down to the park and Tram Bridge. Crossing the bridge, we will turn right and follow the river up to the next bridge. Here, we turn left and follow the gentle slope up to the cycle path, sweeping right to the old railway bridge. After crossing the river, we will take the gentle slope down into the park, stopping at the Pavilion Cafe for refreshments. At this point, anyone who is interested can explore the Chineses Gardens and Miller Park before we head back along the avenue to the Tram Bridge and retrace our steps back to the cars.
There are two gentle climbes in both directions, no steps. Dogs welcome
