Ings circular via Sour Howes and Sallows: Sunday 19th October 10.30
Leaving Ings we head for Dubbs reservoir before crossing Applethwaite Common to the summit of Sour Howes. Following the trail across Moor Head to the summit of Sallows. We descend sharply across Kentmere Park to Whiteside End before returning to Ings via Grassgarth. 9.25 miles. 460 metres of ascent.
