Warton Crag 6.6 Mile, music and food after at Old School Brewery

NO DOGS / SUNSET TIME ON THE DAY WILL BE 16.50 / WALK SURFACES WILL BE UNEVEN, A FEW STEEP STEPS, AND SLIPPERY IF WET ON WEATHERED STONE / £2 FOR NON RAMBLER MEMBERS. Meet at Old School Brewery, Warton, near Carnforth, parking can be limited.

Walk will set off promptly at 12.15.

Total ascent is 1183ft / 361m. A steep initial ascent upto the Trig at 525ft / 160m. From there we walk on to the half way point, where we’ll stop for a 15min break,no facilities, but there are benches to enjoy the view looking over Leighton Hall and Leighton Moss Nature reserve. The walk then takes us through fields and woodland back to the start, where from 4pm till 7pm there will be live music, and food available at the Old School Brewery.
