Ribble Ramble

This is a 6 mile leisurely, flat walk. There are apx 20 steps to climb. The paths are well established. Street parking on Ashworth Grove. We walk clockwise over London Road bridge. We will be able to see the progress of the new Tram Bridge. We follow the river to Liverpool road, where we cross the Ribble again to follow the Ribble back to the car via Avenham park. At this point (5 miles) we will take 20 minute break.. there are toilets and a cafe here for those who want to buy a hot drink.
