About us
Pride in Security is a working group within the Australian Information Security Association that has formed to:
- promote inclusion of LBGTIA+ members of the Australian cyber community in both AISA and partner events
- create professional development opportunities.
- host LBGTIA+ social events for the cyber community
- provide guidance to AISA and industry partners on improvements that will foster inclusion
- advocacy within the context of the cyber community for LBGTIA+ members
- liaise with LBGTIA+ groups for assistance in professional and organisational development
Pride in Security also aims to foster supportive environments and provide outreach to the wider LBGTIA+ community for eSafety.
