We’re a queer-friendly group that brings people together through fitness, sweat, and community. Whether you’re a seasoned CrossFitter, new to HIIT, or just looking for a fun way to move your body with like-minded people, you’re welcome here.

We’ll host occasional CrossFit style and HIIT WODs throughout the year with a focus on connection, confidence, and feeling strong in your own skin. All fitness levels are encouraged to join. Just come as you are and be ready to have a good time.
