Purpose: Fun and Games
RSVP: Members will need to RECONFIRM attendance prior to this event. The restaurant needs an approximate "head count" for staffing purposes. I also need to know for game preparation. So, I will be sending out 2 reminders: (1) one week prior to the event and (2) another reminder 2 days' prior.
Event Fee: $3.00 fee will be charged to cover Administrative fees, etc. An Attendance List will be created.
Separate Checks: I have negotiated with the Manager for separate checks. Otherwise, they require three (3) minimum payments. So, the Manager requests that we BE PATIENT. (Please try not to COMPLAIN about the delay.)
Repeated No-Shows will not be allowed to reserve for future events. So, please let me know ASAP if you need to cancel. If you are sick, please stay home and rest.
Meeting location: Back room or ask for Margie's group.
