I'm sorry I had to cancel the August 22nd event. The restaurant wanted me to guarantee a certain number of attendees or pay for the difference. Because I will be out of the country, I could not coordinate or monitor the August 22nd event. Thank you for your understanding.

I will be sending out a reminder one week before this event and 2 days' prior. The restaurant and I need an approximate head count for staffing purposes, seating arrangements, and game preparation.
If you need to cancel, please let me know ASAP.
Attendance Fee: $3.00 to cover Administrative costs and game preparation. Please pay at the event. An Attendance List will be circulated.
"Repeated" No-Shows will not be allowed to reserve for future events. This Stipulation is now strictly enforced.
