Let's Go Jump In a Lake! PrimetimeATX Foundation 1st Annual Meeting and Picnic

The First Annual PrimetimeATX Foundation Organizational Annual Meeting and Gathering of the Tribe(s) is set for a day of fun, food, and yes, a little needed business, like officially electing your governing Board for the coming year.

For this first one, we're going to meet out on Lake LBJ about an hour out of Austin on my family's own little private peninsula directly across the lake from Horseshoe Bay. There we'll swim, picnic, play games, play pool, and or just relax at our gated private lake house while we also take care of some business such as electing your board of directors for the coming year.

RSVP's for the event open on April 15, and the event will be free of charge. You just need to get yourself out there. While the property does have some parking, if we get a lot of people coming that space may go away pretty quickly, so we will be organizing some carpools.

If you can't come, there will also be a process to cast your vote for the board online. More details coming soon. But note--Most if not all of the current Board is planning on standing for election this time. If you or someone else would like to have your name entered into the hat, please let us know. We'll be sending out a slate of candidates ten days in advance of the event with the online voting instructions to all active members.
