Life, Literature and Wine - A Conversational Salon

NEW LOCATION - THE GROVE (MOPAC & Spicewood Springs Road)

Come join a lively conversation while sipping some wonderful wines and sharing delicious appetizers with fellow compatriots who long to discuss life, love, literature and anything else that strikes our fancy. The salon will meet once a month on the second Monday of the month.

Each conversation session will be hosted by one of the members of the group whose job will be to stimulate and manage the discussion. Participants will be encouraged to share in the conversation, and expand their creativity through listening, speaking and sometimes writing.

Thank you to Janet for facilitating an informative and inspiring conversation in February about our National Parks. We shared about our own adventures in the parks and encouraged one another to explore more.

This March Mahani will lead a discussion about what it is to be an 'American Global Citizen'.

Wines and appetizers are moderately priced at The Grove.

The objective of the salon is to encourage creativity, involvement, and participation in Austin's lively and energetic art and culture, and stimulate our own creativity.
