Life, Literature and Wine - A Conversational Salon

NEW LOCATION - THE GROVE (MOPAC & Spicewood Springs Road)

Come join a lively conversation while sipping some wonderful wines and sharing delicious appetizers with fellow compatriots who long to discuss life, love, literature and anything else that strikes our fancy. The salon will meet once a month on the second Monday of the month.

Each conversation session will be hosted by one of the members of the group whose job will be to stimulate and manage the discussion. Participants will be encouraged to share in the conversation, and expand their creativity through listening, speaking and sometimes writing.

We appreciated the conversation about our global connections led by Mahani last month. This month come prepared to share your strategies about how to speak truth to power when you're not even sure what the truth actually is.

Wines and appetizers are moderately priced at The Grove.

The objective of the salon is to encourage creativity, involvement, and participation in Austin's lively and energetic art and culture, and stimulate our own creativity.
