Your career has come to an end, or you plan to retire soon. Now what? Time stretches
before you with the promise of endless leisure and freedom. It’s a perfect formula for
happiness, right?

Actually, no. “People are wired for continued growth and need to discover fresh sources
of challenge and meaning to feel energized and alive,” writes Elizabeth Parsons in the
book Encore: A High Achiever’s Guide to Thriving in Retirement.

Whether you want to pursue a new part-time work role or nonprofit board position,
complete a creative project or build a satisfying social life, to achieve your goals, it helps
to draw a road map. If this resonates with you, let’s brainstorm together, set goals, and
encourage each other along the way. We might decide to meet several times so we can
support each other in pursuit of a successful next chapter. Due to space limitations, we
may need to limit the meetup to 8 people.

I'm facilitating and hosting with Elaine who provided the inspiration.
