Need Motivation?
This group is for those who like to exercise or need motivation by working out in a group.

We will incorporate indoor exercise through zoom (youtube exercises guidance) or outdoor activities such as walking/jogging etc.

PLEASE NOTE- This fitness group is not managed by a licensed or professional fitness trainer, and therefore, does not offer professional fitness training or medical advice

Everyone is expected to work out at their own comfort level and to their ability. Any health concerns need to be addressed with the primary doctor.
