Photo shoot: Fashion and boudoir in rustic artists' sanctuary

Welcome to our very first photo shoot / portfolio-builder. We've got two gorgeous models in a gorgeous space for this shoot — it's going to be hard to go wrong with this one.

We'll be bringing on a third model if we've got 8 or more RSVPs. These are small-group collaborations. There will be between 2-4 photographers per model. 2 models = up to 7 members (plus me). 3 models = up to 10 (plus me).

The models will alternate looks -- half the time in casual fashion, have in lingerie/boudoir (non-nude).

Our models:

Jenn is a blast to work with. She's got a ton of energy, can switch from girl-next-door giggles to fierce-as-can-be bedroom eyes in a heartbeat, and is going to have you laughing hard enough it'll be hard to hold your camera straight.

This will be my first time working with Leonor Leon (MM #592668) (http://www.modelmayhem.com/592668), but look at those cheekbones!

And here's our space. It's a converted horse barn, made into a home for a painter and his family, now serving as an artists' sanctuary. Lots of natural light, tons of room to move around, multiple lofts, lots of variations in style. It'll be great!

Cost: $75, to be paid upon RSVP. If for any reason, you can't use the payment option on the site, contact me at lou@louishochman.com. Each photographer is also asked to provide each model with at least 5 images within 30 days for possible portfolio use (but feel free to send more!).

You bring: Your camera and a flash (if you have one). Speedlights or small strobes on stands are permitted so long as everyone cooperates and no one hogs the space. Note: The natural light here should be great, and I encourage you to make use of it as much as possible.

One-on-ones: Each model will be available for up to three 30-minute one-on-one sessions following the workshop — $30 for casual/fashion, $40 for boudoir/lingerie. These are paid directly to the model on the day of the shoot. Please let me know on your RSVP or in the comments below if you'd like to schedule a 1-on-1, as slots will fill up fast

Bonus - LUNCH: The owners of the site will cook us lunch, for anyone interested! They cook from scratch, using organic products whenever possible, and can accommodate vegan, vegetarian or carnivore pallets. If you're interested, let me know ahead (I'll be posting a menu soon). Lunch is $10, paid to the owners the day of the shoot. If you want in, show up at 12:15 p.m. -- you can scope out the space early, too.

Model releases: Releases are optional for the models and the photographers. They'll be available for $10 each, paid directly to the models.

Tips for the models: Optional, but appreciated.

Transportation: Morris & Essex line gets to Morristown at 11:28 a.m. I can give lifts to/from the station for up to four people, if anyone's commuting from NYC.

Fine print-type-stuff: If for any reason the session has to be cancelled, full refunds will be given. If it's rescheduled, participants will be given the option of a refund or of applying the credit to the new date/time. The models listed above have committed to the session, but if either has to cancel, another of similar or greater experience will be recruited to take her place.
