Join us for the very first gathering of the Princeton Chess & Board Game Club!
We’re kicking things off with a relaxed, welcoming chess meetup at Small World Coffee on Witherspoon Street. Whether you’re brand new to the game, returning after years away, or a seasoned tournament player, this event is for you.

### What to Expect

• Casual, friendly games of chess
• Players of all skill levels
• A supportive environment — beginners are absolutely welcome
• Great coffee and a comfortable atmosphere

You’re welcome to stay for the full two hours or drop in when you’re able. We’ll rotate games so everyone has a chance to play.
We will provide one chess board and one timer to get games started. Feel free to bring your own board, clock, or equipment if you have it — the more, the better.
Never played before? We’re happy to help you get started.
Looking for stronger competition? You’ll find thoughtful opponents too.
This is about building a local chess community in Princeton — thoughtful games, good conversation, and a welcoming table for everyone.
