This newest addition to the Lambertville restaurant scene definitely looks like a must try.

Award-winning chef Dennis Foy is classically trained in French culinary technique, a style that remains at the heart of his cuisine. But he describes his food as contemporary American cuisine with a modern twist and an occasional touch of molecular gastronomy to keep things interesting.

The chef has embraced the farm-to-table concept, and his menu lists local and regional farms where he buys ingredients. They include Terhune Orchards and Halo Farms in Lawrence, and Chesterfield Farm Co-op in Burlington County.

Foy likes to say that d’floret offers “four-star food in a three-star restaurant.” The restaurant is small so I can't get a lot of spots.
The restaurant is BYOB and you must bring CASH to pay for your bill. They DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!! CASH ONLY!
