Happy Hour at Rat's Resturant

Let's come in from the cold and share a little happy hour at one of our favorites, Rat's Restaurant. We always have so much fun and commodore at our happy hours at Rat's. I thought it would be a goof time to try it again. They have specially priced small plates and drinks. They also have a new happy hour menu that you can check out here: Happy Hour Menu The Happy Hour prices are from 3 to 6PM but you can stay longer if you like. Though it's indoors it is cozy and warm in there!
