It's winter and all I want is a big bowl of soup. I have heard so many good things about Lab Ramen, from their fabalous broth to their hand pulled noodles. Let go for some comfort food this Winter.
Lan Ramen was created by Jessica Xiao, who grew up in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, where hand-pulled noodles are a beloved part of daily life. Jessica is a mom of three and a classically trained pianist from the Juilliard School of Music, but her true passion has always been sharing the flavors of her hometown. Lan Ramen is her way of bringing those comforting, authentic dishes to our community.
