Since reopening in 2024, Stockton Inn has celebrated the Delaware River Valley community and its producers. Their unified menu reflects a seasonal, modern American sensibility with subtle European influences—house-made pastas, pristine seafood, vegetable-driven plates, and dry-aged steaks—prepared with care and designed to offer something for everyone.
