Perfect for the visitor to Sydney that wants to do more than walkaround with an ice cream.
From high-gloss eyewear and leather goods styled against the sharp lines of Sydney’s CBD, to sun-soaked swimwear shoots on secluded harbour beaches, and gritty urban street scenes bursting with character and colour — each workshop offers a new location, a fresh creative brief, and professional models to help you elevate your portfolio.

Parramatta Lanes – Live Music event photography
Parramatta, 1-3 fitzwillam st, Sydney , AUJoin Print & Pixel for an electrifying live music photography meetup at this year’s Parramatta Lanes Festival, capturing the high-energy Grand Final of the “Pass the Mic” competition, presented by Bodega Collective in conjunction with Triple J.
This hands-on evening workshop immerses participants in the vibrant world of live event photography — from the stage lights and crowd energy to the behind-the-scenes rhythm of festival culture. You’ll learn how to photograph live performers in dynamic lighting, anticipate key performance moments, and capture the atmosphere that defines a major live music event.
Guided by experienced music photographers, you’ll shoot alongside the festival action as emerging artists take the stage for the climactic “Pass the Mic” finals — an unmissable moment in Sydney’s creative calendar.

Old Clare hotel, 1 Kensington St Chipndale, Sydney, AUWe’re kicking off the Sydney Festival of Photography Workshops in style with a rooftop gathering at The Old Clare Hotel. Join us as the city’s creative community comes together for sunset drinks, music, and conversation high above Chippendale.
This special launch event marks the beginning of four months of immersive workshops, inspiring shoots, and creative connections across Sydney. All attendees on the night will receive a free November Pass, unlocking access to the festival program.
Set against sweeping skyline views, the evening is your chance to meet fellow photographers, models, and industry professionals, and to celebrate the start of a season dedicated to image-making and collaboration.
