What to expect:

• Light yoga flow that follows the four seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall (NO prior experience necessary)
• Tangible tools on how to lean into your body’s wisdom each month and naturally increase energy
• Hint: generating more energy does not come in the ways you may expect!

What to bring:

• Yoga mat & water bottle (both will be available on-site if needed)
• Journal/pen
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move in

Through our Face or Hand touch demonstration (which we offer in-store), every step of our skincare ritual is designed to improve not just your skin but your whole being. Our complimentary beauty consultation with one of our skincare experts will entice you to stay with us a little longer or return for another visit. We are very proud of our ALBION 4-Step Skincare Ritual because it has been successful for over 60 years. We here at the Garden believe we can provide you with a much-needed moment of mindfulness, serenity, and self-care in your busy day. We also offer a 1-hour Japanese-style facial service held in our unique glass-encased facial room by the garden. Our facial treatment is a gentle, customized, and relaxing skin care experience using our ALBION products and techniques without harsh exfoliates or mechanical implements.

Sampling: We will offer skincare samples to all guests + demonstration
Café: During the day of the class/event, receive a 10% good neighbor discount on anything purchased at the café area for the day.
