I've been doing a lot of free-form writing lately to clear my head & reconnect with myself...it's been beautifully powerful.

With spring in the air and the energy of renewal all around I'm hosting a really simple 30-min virtual writing space this Sunday.

No structure, no pressure, just a space to get thoughts out, reflect and maybe let go of something that no longer serves you. We will be safely burning or ripping the paper after we write, this part may sound odd but it seriously changes the energy and has helped me LET GO with more ease.
