It wasn’t until I experienced a slow, body-based practice that I actually understood what people meant when they said “drop into your body."
Sure, I'd heard the phrase a ton and you probably have too: "check in with your body", "drop into your body"...but like, I never FELT what that ACTUALLY MEANT.
Until Yoga. Where I was no longer just thinking about it… but feeling it.
Yoga and sound became a huge part of my shift into a slower, more intentional way of living — one where I actually prioritize myself.
This is a space to experience that for yourself.
We’ll move through a gentle yin yoga stretch followed by a grounding sound bath to help you unwind, release tension, and come back to yourself.
You’ll leave feeling more centered, open, and cozy for a good nights sleep.
