This **60-minute online session** will be organized around three key moments:

1️⃣ **Grounding & Meditation** – A brief exercise to center ourselves.
2️⃣ **Topic Presentation** – A prompt for all cafes to share and discuss.
3️⃣ **Group Discussion** – A chance to share thoughts, listen deeply, and reflect together.

This space is open to **everyone**, regardless of background. All we ask is that you join from a **quiet place**, stay for the full hour, and engage with **openness, honesty, and respect**. You don’t need to bring anything, but a notebook might be useful for capturing insights.
