We are a community of people that may or may not be training for a race at any given time. Mostly, we're training for life.
Sometimes we run, sometimes we walk - occasionally, we fall. The goal isn't to win the race (though we're not against it.....) - we're in it for the challenge, for the fun and for the way we feel after it's done.
We're curious. Any given run, race or day ,for that matter, is an experiment. What feels good? What's not working? Aim for what feels good (fuel, gear, movemeant, and more).
We are of all shapes and sizes, run and walk all lengths and distances, and at all different speeds. Whether you consider yourself a back of the packer, an avid runner or a non-racer, we’re all here to learn on our time.
