**Dungeons & Dragons Adventures for Kids!**
Is your child ready to embark on an epic journey filled with magic, monsters, and mystery? Join the Northern Suburbs Adventuring Guild for an exciting Dungeons & Dragons adventure tailored just for kids aged 9-13! Every session will be run by a selection of four Game Masters, each bringing their unique storytelling style and adventures to life while providing support during the game!

**What is Dungeons & Dragons?**
Dungeons & Dragons is a tabletop role-playing game where your child becomes the hero of their own story! Crafting their character, teaming up with friends, and diving into a world of endless possibilities. Plus, we'll teach them how to play the game every step of the way!

**All Materials Provided!**
No resources are required for your child to enjoy the game. Everything they need to dive into the world of Dungeons & Dragons will be provided by us. But if your child wants to bring their own character sheet we request that it is emailed to us to check over to make sure it is fair for the other kids they are playing with, there is also no internet connection available so we recommend physical sheets.

**Adventure at Their Own Pace!**
Our adventures are designed to offer flexibility, allowing kids to participate as their schedule permits. They can come and go as they please and continue their journey with us whenever they're ready!

**Parental Involvement**
A parent or guardian is required to stay during the sessions. While your child embarks on their adventure, enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and water in our designated relaxation area. Please remember to bring your own cup for refreshments.

**What Should They Expect!**

* Unleashing their creativity as they create unique characters and explore fantastical realms.
* Developing problem-solving skills as they navigate challenging quests and face cunning foes.
* Building new friendships in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Learning valuable teamwork and communication skills as they collaborate with fellow adventurers.

**Important Information**

* $5 cash per child to cover resources
* **Time:** Every Second Sunday, 2PM-4:30PM
* **Location:** Currambine Community Centre, Meeting Room
* RSVP required, we do only have a limited amount of spaces! Please only add guests if you are bringing more then one child e.g. a parents RSVP counts as one child and a RSVP +1 guest is two Children. Contact us to show interest or ask any questions! ns.adventuringguild@gmail.com
* For the safety of others, please do not attend if your child is visibly sick. We will deny attendance.
* We also suggest children bring their own water bottles due to the length of the session.

A friendly 2.5-hour workshop hosted by Befriend (this event is online--Zoom link shared upon RSVP).

Have you ever thought about sparking your own social gathering or group?

Maybe you’ve dreamed of hosting a casual BBQ for the neighbours... or perhaps you care deeply about climate action and want to bring like-minded folks together to create change. Whatever your passion, this workshop is designed to help you take the first (or next!) step toward bringing people together in a way that feels right for you.

For the past 13 years, Befriend has been supporting everyday people to start their own inclusive social groups around hobbies, interests, and ideas they care about. We’ve learnt a lot about what makes gatherings welcoming and meaningful, and we’d love to share what we know with you!
