DESCRIPTION:
This unique event is designed to empower men through self-leadership, using the power of sounds, rhythms, and mindfulness to elevate our frequencies into a higher vibration.

Together, we’ll explore the creative energies of Love, Authenticity, and Fellowship, fostering deep connection and personal growth.

Immerse yourself in an experience that combines drumming, sound healing, and guided mindfulness practices to recognize, hold, and shift your inner frequencies.

Arrive early to settle in and connect with the community as we step into this sacred space of growth and unity.

WHAT TO BRING:
Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable attire suitable for sitting, moving, and participating in mindfulness and drumming activities.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during the event, especially as you engage in sound and rhythm practices that may raise your energy.
Journal and Pen: Bring a notebook to reflect on your experience, jot down insights, or capture any shifts in your frequency or mindset.
Personal Drum (Optional): If you have a drum, bring it to join in the drumming activities. If not, don’t worry—the Castle is filled with drums and sound instruments to experience.
Open Mind and Heart: Come ready to connect, share, and embrace the frequencies of Love, Authenticity, and Fellowship in a safe, supportive space.

We will provide comfort items such as bolsters, cushions, blankets, yoga mats, meditation stools, and more.

ABOUT THE CASTLE:
"The Castle" is the main hub for Castle Wellness, founded by Julien Lepage, a registered social worker focused on men's mental health. Located in Calgary, Alberta, this space is designed for trauma-informed care, therapy, and small events that promote nervous-system regulation and emotional connection through rhythm. ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:
Julien Lepage, a registered social worker and CEO of Castle Wellness, focuses on men's mental health through trauma-informed initiatives and rhythm-based practices. As a facilitator of Integrative Community Drum Circles (ICDC) and Executive Director of Circles of Rhythm, he uses drumming to foster nervous-system regulation, community building, and emotional connection for men, encouraging authenticity and breaking down barriers through shared rhythm.

Co-Facilitation by Kings of Hearts patron: Brandon Kam - Death Doula, grief companion, musician and creative coaching - CEO of Beyond Life Care.

ABOUT THE KINGS OF HEARTS
Kings of Hearts, found at www.kingshearts.com, is dedicated to fostering a community of heart-driven leaders among men, equipping them with tools to proactively manage their mental health. They offer in-person and virtual men's groups, including bi-weekly calls and integrative retreats like KINGSHIP, focusing on embodiment, integrity, and conscious masculine leadership. Through practices such as breathwork, meditations, and conscious communication, they support men in cultivating healthy relationships, personal growth, and a positive mindset.
