### **What it’s about:**

4 days to reconnect – with yourself, others, and the world around you.
We’ll spend time in nature, cook nourishing food together, breathe, rest, walk, sweat, laugh and just be.

This is not a retreat where you need to follow a program. It’s a space to share everyday life with people who enjoy being human – consciously, calmly and with curiosity.

### **What's included:**

✔ 3 nights in a cozy mountain chalet
✔ We share delicious vegan & vegetarian meals for all 4 days – David is a trained chef and will cook for the group, but you’re always welcome to join the kitchen flow
✔ Breathwork & meditation
✔ Hiking & nature time

✔ Honest connection – in conversation or silence
✔ Time for yourself whenever you want it

→ David is the quiet type – he’ll take care of the meals and spend most of his time doing his own thing: walking, reading, resting, or working on his projects.
→ Teresa loves sharing space – she’ll offer gentle opportunities for breathwork, meditation, or stretching as part of her own daily routine. Nothing is taught – just shared.

If you're someone who enjoys movement, yoga, journaling, or just being in silence – you're invited to bring that into the space.
Want to bring your guitar? Your sketchbook? Your camera? Your running shoes or your skis? Do it. Share it – or don’t. It’s all welcome.
There’s no expectation to participate in anything, and no need to perform or prove.

You’re invited to create this time in the way that feels right for you.
We’re already connected – just by showing up as we are.

None is obligatory – you join whatever feels right for you.

### **Getting there:**

We’ll be driving from Vienna in two cars.
If you’d like to offer your car and ride with others, we’d love to hear from you – shared rides are part of the experience.
Fuel costs are already included in the event price.

### **About us:**

David is a trained chef, and Teresa comes from a background in project and event management. Together, we host honest, simple gatherings where people come together naturally – no pressure, no performance.

### **The location:**

We’ll stay in a private chalet in the Austrian Alps.
The mountains are right outside the door, inviting you for hikes, walks, or moments of stillness in nature.

You’ll have space to be with others – and space to be with yourself.

**Please note:** The chalet has shared bedrooms, which means you’ll be sleeping in the same room/king sized bed with 1–2 others.
If that feels okay for you, you’re warmly welcome. If you need more privacy, this might not be the right setup.

For anyone who enjoys connection, nature, simplicity, and slowing down – and for those who are open to something new.

Maybe you’re at a point where you want to get to know yourself a little better, follow your intuition more, or explore what happens when you say yes to something unfamiliar.
Maybe you just want to be around people – or not – without any expectations.

This is for the kind of person who’s okay with not knowing exactly how things will unfold, and who’s curious enough to show up anyway.
You don’t have to connect. But maybe you will. And either way, it’s all welcome.

### **Cancellation Policy:**

If you need to cancel your spot, please let us know as early as possible.
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event.
After that, we can no longer guarantee a refund, as bookings and costs will already be in motion.

However, you’re welcome to pass your spot on to a friend or someone else who might enjoy the experience – just let us know in time.
