**Join a welcoming circle of women over 50** as we move, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. This is not just a movement class—it’s a return to yourself.

• Gentle, nourishing movement designed for women in their wise years
• Practices to awaken your body’s intelligence and inner strength
• A rare movement approach from a Chinese feminine medicine wisdom system—developed specifically for women over 50
• Space for reflection, conversation, and community
• Support for navigating the unique power of this life stage
