I’m so glad you’re here and taking this brave step to connect with others who are also on a journey of healing, growth, and transformation. My name is Denise, and I’ll be guiding us through this group as we support one another, share our stories, and learn new ways to move forward after heartbreak.
Tonight is all about getting to know each other in a safe, supportive space. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with—just bring your authentic self.
