Join us for a special edition of **CodeClub** in collaboration with our local **Cursor community**. This meetup focuses on using AI, especially cursor for **AI-assisted development** featuring an exciting talk followed by a mini-hackathon alongside pizza and drinks!

Alan Kesselmann wrote his first code on a Soviet AGAT and now builds AI to prevent maritime disasters. With 35+ years in tech and titles ranging from dev to CEO, he’s seen it all and has opinions. Expect his talk to have sharp insights on how to optimise AI IDEs like cursor and a high level look into building RAG systems.

Manuel is an experienced software engineer and ex-CTO for Moblrn. He is also the Cursor ambassador in Estonia. Manuel will lead the mini-hackathon, introduce how to use Cursor and share tips on getting the most out of it.

**PyCon Estonia 2025 is a two-day event attracting more than 400 CTOs, developers, tech leads, and investors.**
Scheduled on the 2nd and 3rd of October 2025 in Tallinn, this conference, one of the largest Python gatherings in the Nordics, will delve into various topics important for Pythonistas.

**Keynote speakers at the 2025 PyCon Estonia:**

**Łukasz Langa** \- Łukasz is a classically trained pianist and seasoned software engineer known for creating the widely used Black code auto\-formatter and Release Manager for Python 3\.8 and 3\.9\. Łukasz brings unique insights from both the world of music and software\. With experience at Facebook and a passion for building software for musical instruments\, he shares how creativity\, structure\, and technology come together in unexpected ways\.

**Usha Rengaraju** \- Usha is an AI consultant and corporate trainer and she is the World’s first women triple Kaggle Grandmaster\. She specializes in Deep Learning\, Generative AI\, TigerGraph and Probabilistic Graphical Models and was also one of the judges of Tiger Graph: “ Graph for all \- Million Dollar Challenge” in 2022\, and the judge for Intel oneAPI Hackathon organized by Intel software in 2022\. She is ranked as top ten Data Scientists in India for the year 2020 by Analytics India Magazine\, ranked as the top ten women data scientists by Analytics Insight magazine for 2021 and also ranked as the top 150 AI Leaders and Influencers by 3AI magazine\.

The previous lineup for Pycon Estonia has included keynote speakers such as Raymond Hettinger, Andrew Godwin, Larry Hastings, David Mertz, Marlene Mhangami, and Travis Oliphant.

🎙️A key focus will be on the discussion around technological singularity and the role of Python in the swift advancement of AI and Machine Learning.

This seventh-annual event will be a hub for learning and networking. It will spotlight PyData and underscore Python’s indispensable contribution to data management, analysis, and visualisation in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

For this year, we will divide the topics into three main tracks:
Track 1️⃣ : Python core & frameworks Focus: Technical talks on Python libraries, tools, functionalities and open-source frameworks.
Track 2️⃣ : AI & Machine Learning Focus: General discussions on building and applying AI/ML models using Python and other languages, including techniques and tools.
Track 3️⃣ : Productivity & Ethics in Development Focus: Topics covering team productivity, ethical dilemmas, and practical challenges in software development.
