Hi All!
As the title suggests, this is a session for anyone who may be curious about the world of coaching. I shall teach you the basics and let you experience a taster of the power that coaching can provide.

As time is short we shall introduce ourselves quickly and then ill get us into the key details and understanding on what coaching is and is not. I welcome you to think of what your assumptions of coaching are and share if you so wish.

There is no better way to understand the power of coaching than to experience it for yourself through a taster exercise. Although this will be a very brief taster, it will give you an insight into the popular GROW coaching model and how coaching sessions may be structured.

I will be happy to stay on at the end for any questions.
