Tokyo Mindfulness is a community for anyone who's interested to elevate their awareness and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
We're interested and open to learn in different ways — meditation, yoga, breathwork, fasting, connecting with nature, open conversations and more. We host meetups, events and workshops where we practice new techniques and learn together.
