As AI agents mature, the need for standardized communication between models, tools, and even other agents becomes critical. In this session, we’ll dive into two emerging protocols—Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent Protocol (A2A)—that are poised to become the “USB-C” and “Bluetooth” of the AI ecosystem. You’ll learn how MCP and A2A work, why they matter for building robust, modular agent architectures, and see MCP in action with a hands-on live demo running entirely on your local machine.

Highlight the similarities, differences, and complementary use cases of MCP vs. A2A.

Walk through setting up a local MCP server, registering tools, and executing a full JSON-RPC exchange in real time.
